Bobbi's is a tribute to the late father, Robert 'Bob' Franzon, as the Hilton is a family-owned establishment.

 

   Fedora’s closed to make way for Bobbi's Restaurant, which also honoured Bob Franzon, known for his signature Fedora.

Bobbi's offers a gastropub menu, while Mybar continues to serve traditional pub fare.
